General Description

History | The department, which was established in 1994, has been teaching at the Faculty of Agriculture of Karadeniz Technical University until 2006 and then at Ordu University in the Faculty of Agriculture. | Qualification Awarded | Graduates who have successfully completed all the requirements of the Department will be awarded the "Graduate Diploma in Agricultural Engineering - Horticulture". | Level of Qualification | First Cycle | Specific Admission Requirements | Student admission to the program is explained in detail under the heading "Student Admission" in the "About Ordu University" section. | Specific Arrangements For Recognition Of Prior Learning (Formal, Non-Formal and Informal) | Recognition of the previous formal (lattice) student in Turkish higher education institutions, transitions within the vertical, horizontal and university are determined by the Higher Education Council. It has been established in the provinces and district directorates of the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock, the provincial control laboratories, agricultural research institute, rural development agencies, special provincial administrations, various municipalities, banks, producers and exporters unions, trade and industry chambers, agricultural chambers, cooperatives, stock markets, export directorates, foreign trade undersecretariat, ministry of forestry and water works, engineers, technical staff or experts in some higher committees. Can make an academic career at universities and rise. For this purpose, they may apply to the research assistant staff of the universities, or to the posts of YÖK (higher education board) ÖYP (teaching staff training program). They can also make a career in related universities abroad. Again, students who wish to pursue an academic career can pursue graduate and doctoral education by fulfilling their conditions.
