Turkish Council of Higher Education in recognition of priority than the process of learning at an early stage. Therefore, all programs of the University of Army Recognition of prior education is not fully initialized. But part of the compulsory curriculum for English courses are held in the fall semester exam exemption. This course complements the learning process on their own or in different ways, this course provides the learning outcomes for the students who have the right to take this exam. Those who pass the course students taking the examination are exempted from that course |

Profile of The Programme |
Art History Department consists of the Departments of Turkish Islamic Arts, Byzantium Arts and Western Arts and Contemporary Arts. There are one professor, two assoc pofessors, two assisstant professors and one research assisstant (oyp) in our department. This department received its first students (47 for night classes and 47 for day classes) in 2013-2014 academic year. The importance of art history has been better understood in this developing world in that art history, as being permanent documents, transfers past to the future. Art History Department takes the education and improvement of the society in the perspective of art as visuals, works of art and cultural and natural beings as its primary aim. To know and to introduce the unknown subjects and cultures lies within the field of activity of our department. The importance of art history has been better understood in this developing world in that art history, as being permanent documents, transfers past to the future. Art History Department takes the education and improvement of the society in the perspective of art as visuals, works of art and cultural and natural beings as its primary aim. To know and to introduce the unknown subjects and cultures lies within the field of activity of our department. Our graduates will be able to, with the consciousness of professional ethic and responsibility, do fields, dig and surface reseaches; determine historical and archeological sit fields; practising (making) inventories, documenting, restoring and restituting at museums; draw plans, sections and profiles. They will have a say in stuying and evaluating Contemporary Arts and Ottoman Art, Byzantium Art, European Art, Middle-ages Islamic Arts, Anatolian Seljuk and period of beyliks Arts. They will also be equipped with the information about materials, ornamentation and historical artifacts and small handicrafts in iconographic aspect. Besides, it is quite important to raise well-equipped experts in this field with Ottoman Turkish and Epigraph classes.

Examination Regulations, Assessment and Grading |
Students from all courses at least one midterm and a final exam are subjected to. The contribution to the midterm exam grade is 40%, the contribution of the final exam is 60%. All exams are graded out of 100 points. Final examinations are required to obtain at least 50 points. Notes 4 'is expressed with the system. A student, BA, BB, CB and CC one of the students taking the course are considered to have succeeded |
