| Faculty of Arts and Sciences , the Council of Ministers dated 07.02.1999 and 98/10569 Decree was established depending on the OMU . Turkish Language and Literature Department in 1999 and began Department of Mathematics and education . History and Biology Department in 2000 and in 2003 in Physics, Chemistry and Foreign Languages was opened in sections . Annex 69 of the Law No. 5467 With Article on 01.03.2006 adopted and 17.03.2006 , 26 111 in the Official Gazette published decision established ARMY UNIVERSITY that connects to our faculty still Turkish Language and Literature, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and History sections ( I. and II. Teaching programs ) training continues. Foreign Languages section taking students in the 2011-2012 academic year has been proposed with regard to Higher Education Institutions . In 2011 the newly established Department of Physics with Philosophy, Sociology, Psychology and Contemporary Turkish Dialects sections there has not been bid yet for student recruitment |

| Specific Arrangements For Recognition Of Prior Learning (Formal, Non-Formal and Informal) |
| Turkish Council of Higher Education in recognition of priority than the process of learning at an early stage. Therefore, all programs of the University of Army Recognition of prior education is not fully initialized. But part of the compulsory curriculum for English courses are held in the fall semester exam exemption. This course complements the learning process on their own or in different ways, this course provides the learning outcomes for the students who have the right to take this exam. Those who pass the course students taking the examination are exempted from that course. |

| Upon successful completion of bachelor's degree graduates, the current ALES take notes and have sufficient English language skills with the condition graduate (masters and doctoral) programs can attend. |
| Examination Regulations, Assessment and Grading |
| - Students from all courses at least one midterm and a final exam are subjected to. The contribution to the midterm exam grade is 40%, the contribution of the final exam is 60%. All exams are graded out of 100 points. Final examinations are required to obtain at least 50 points. Notes 4 'is expressed with the system. A student, BA, BB, CB and CC one of the students taking the course are considered to have succeeded. |
