Location

Ordu University was founded on an area of 19 hectare in 2006 at the Cumhuriyet Neighborhood of city center. It has 15.000 students and about 1000 academic and administrative staff. In addition to its Cumhuriyet Campus, it has higher schools and vocational higher schools in the city center, Akkuş, Mesudiye, Gölköy, Ünye, Fatsa, İkizce, Ulubey and Aybastı towns.

The campus of Ordu University is located at Turnasuyu location on Giresun – Ordu Road and it is 7 km away from the city center. Buses go to the center at about 15 minutes.
