Ulubey Vocational Higher School of Ordu University was established in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 2547 of the Higher Education General Assembly dated 15.09.2008 and Article 7/d-2 of the Law No. 2880. Chemistry and Chemical Processing Technologies Department started to recruit students in 2016-2017 academic year. |

Specific Admission Requirements |
For the Laboratory Technology Program, students who graduated from the related departments of the vocational high school and who come with the Transition without the Professional Examination or students who have graduated from normal high school and have received YGS Scores determined by the relevant type of the Student Selection and Placement System (ÖSYS) and placed by OSYM are accepted. |

Education activities are carried out with a total of four teaching staff, three instructors and one instructor. Our department is equipped with 1 equipped laboratory.

Access to Further Studies |
Graduates of the Department of Laboratory Technology may apply to undergraduate programs of biology, nursing, nursing and health care by entering the Vertical Transfer Examination (DGS) performed by ÖSYM. |
Examination Regulations, Assessment and Grading |
One midterm exam and one final exam are applied at the end of each semester in each academic term. 40% of the midterm exam and 60% of the final exam are taken as the raw achievement score and the student's letter of achievement grade is calculated by calculating as determined in Ordu University associate degree and undergraduate education and examination regulations. |
Graduation Requirements |
A total of 120 ECTS credits are required for graduation. There are also 4 ECTS (30 working days) workplace internship courses to graduate. |
