The program was opened on 20.01.2021 and started accepting students in the Fall semester of the 2020-2021 Academic Year.

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree, have received at least 55 points from ALES or an equivalent exam, and must have met the other conditions specified in the announcement. Being successful in the entrance exam.

Qualification Requirements and Regulations
At least 21 National Credits, 120 ECTS Credits, including at least seven courses, one seminar course, and thesis work.
Profile of The Programme
Preschool Education, with its master's program based on contemporary approaches in master's education; It aims to raise qualified individuals who are aware of contemporary measurement-evaluation approaches, who can organize teaching activities in line with technological developments, who can use different teaching methods and strategies in teaching processes, and who can follow the studies in their field.
Occupational Profiles of Graduates With Examples
They can work as "preschool teachers" in private and public schools affiliated with the Ministry of National Education. They can also teach at associate degree level in State and Foundation universities.
Access to Further Studies
Students who graduate from this program can apply to study in doctoral programs.
Examination Regulations, Assessment and Grading
Students must attend classes and take exams. The student's attendance is monitored by the course instructor. All exams are evaluated out of 100 full points, and a midterm exam (or mid-semester study assignment) and a final exam (final) are held for each course. In courses where midterm and final exams are held, the success grade is calculated by taking 40% of the midterm exam grade and 60% of the final exam.
Graduation Requirements
Having taken and successfully completed at least 7 courses and seminars, not less than 21 national credits; Students who are successful in the thesis defense exam are awarded a master's degree.

Key Learning Outcomes
1Has knowledge of different subjects/disciplines within the scope of preschool education, can develop the theoretical and practical knowledge acquired at the level of expertise and can produce new knowledge by combining them with those in different fields including the general knowledge/culture fields.
2Can conduct research, practice, produce solutions, work independently, and take responsibility by using quantitative and/or qualitative scientific research methods regarding problems that require expertise in the field of preschool education.
3 Knows contemporary development and learning theories; recognizes and critically evaluates preschool education programs, approaches and models in Turkey and in different countries based on these theories.
4Can follow and evaluate current issues / developments in preschool education, conduct relevant research and present the findings.
5Can critically evaluate the knowledge in preschool education and general Knowledge/culture fields, manage and direct his/her own learning and gain the competence of lifelong learning.
6 Be cognizant of democracy, children's rights, social, scientific and cultural topics and values, and professional ethical principles and exhibits appropriate attitudes.
7Can develop new approaches, design methods and make teamwork for unforeseen and complex situations.
