Specific Arrangements For Recognition Of Prior Learning (Formal, Non-Formal and Informal) |
Depending on the degrees awarded, theoretical or practical courses taken as part of a degree (completed or not completed) may lead to recognition of these as prior learning by the programme administration. The students who have taken courses in another institution in Turkey or abroad can ask for credit and grade transfer. The executive boards of relevant programme will decide on the courses to be transferred covering students' entire academic program once and for all with the condition that the request for transfer be made within the first week of the academic year, the requests cannot be repeated. |

Profile of The Programme |
The work force need in production line and services equipped with technological skills is growing. The graduates take courses in Automotive Electric and Electronic Systems, Engines, Materials Science, and Transmission Systems. The purpose is to graduate work force with up to date technological skills. Graduated students who have automotive technician title can take responsibility and take a part in the areas such as group leadership, service-spare part-workshop management, and personnel training. |

Students graduated from program can transfer to Technology Faculty and Engineering Faculty by External Transfer Exam. |
Examination Regulations, Assessment and Grading |
Depends on lecture requirements, assestments of lectures are done by verbal and writting examinations, projects and their presentation. 4 points scaled numerical systems in 4 semesters for graduation. |

Facilities |
Education in Automotive Program is done coordination with many enterprise, industrial chamber, sociaties and public foundations. In education term, our students have to internship in sector for 10 weeks. |
