History |
Ünye Vocational School which was previously a unit of 19 May University was included in Ordu University owing to the law 5467. The school is located in the area called Çakırtepe, 2 km far from the city center , 8100 m2, and in a 4- storey building of a 5000 m2 closed space. A sport hall for a variety of activities is available as well. In the educational space the classrooms and 2 –weell-equipped computer classes with 50 computers and a dining room and a student canteen are also present.The programme of electronic technology began training with 50 students registered by ÖSYM in the education period of 2010-2011. |

Qualification Requirements and Regulations |
In order to register the electronic technology programme students have to graduate from secondary education. Graduates from technical high school to pass the vocational school without examination have to graduate high school programmes that determined by YÖK .Students except that stated programmes have to place electronic technoplogies programme with YGS exemination. |

Quotas of the programme are 100 students. 50 for formal, 50 for evening education. |

The graduates from the department of electronic technology can be employed in the public and private sector as technician. As well as in the accountancy offices the graduates can also get a job in a variety of positions in different fields. |
Access to Further Studies |
The students completing a two-year degree programme can continue their education in a four-year degree programme providing that they get a passing point from the passing exam. |
Examination Regulations, Assessment and Grading |
The students are obliged to take one visa exam an done final exam with all the subjects. The contribution of the visa exam to the passing point is %40 and that of the final exam is %60. |
Graduation Requirements |
1. To complete all the subjects (totally 120 ACTS) successfully in the programme.
2. To get an average 2.00 out of 4.00.
3. To get a passing point from the apprenticeship. The students acquiring all the conditions are graduated as electronic technician. |
