Objectives of the Course
The starting point and history of vegetarian nutrition, veganism and plant-based nutrition types in general are explained. Different plant-based eating habits are discussed and applied.

1Identify vegetarian, vegan and other types of plant-based nutrition, be aware of the differences
2Explains the effects of plant nutrition on the environment, global warming and animal welfare from an ethical point of view
3To prepare vegetarian and vegan dishes and menus, to understand the substitution of animal products and to be able to create vegan/vegetarian versions of recipes
