Course Contents |
Definition of nutrition, the importance of nutrients, foods enriched with respect to the nutritional values of foods, nutrition of pregnant and lactating women, malnutrition, loss, nutritional problems in children, foods suitable for children 0-6 years of age, for the period of pre-school menu creation, food preparation health and cleaning guidelines. |
