To give information about the definition of vegetables, economics of vegetable production, vegetable production areas in our country and in the world To give information about ecological factors affecting vegetable production To have knowledge about vegetable propagation methods and vegetable seedling cultivation To give information about maintenance works and cultural operations in vegetable growing To gain knowledge about harvesting, harvesting criteria, post-harvest operations, storage and preservation of vegetables in vegetable production
