Objectives of the Course
It is intended that the students obtain general and specific information concerning the respiratory mechanics and ventilation, lung volumes and capacities, perfusion, pulmonary circulation, transporting oxygen and carbon dioxide in the blood, and the types of hypoxia, respiratory regulation.
