Administrators in determining long-term objectives for the analysis of the external environment require the use of certain techniques. In this context we provide these knowledges within the course of Strategic Management in Energy business;
- Strategy, strategic management, strategic management process concepts,
- Strategic Analysis,
- Strategic Management Theory.
