Objectives of the Course
The purpose of this course is to provide participants with the opportunity to improve their skills in writing research articles and other academic texts.

Learning Outcomes
1The students who complete this course successfully have a good understanding of academic research, writing and ethics.
2They have an understanding of knowledge of the obstacles which can hinder the writing process and of what can be done to ensure a good writing process. They have the knowledge of the main norms of research ethics
3"They have an understanding of the purpose of research ethical norms and an ability to reflect critically on the prevalent norms of research ethics. "
4Upon completion of the course the students should be able to write a research article, review article, thesis chapter and other related academic research text.

Course Contents
The course is designed to cover techniques that can be applied to different types of academic writing, including essays, reviews, research papers, grant proposals, and thesis writing. The participants will practice these techniques by drafting a research article with support from other class members and the instructor.
