Objectives of the Course
In the art of acting, the actor / actress body is own instrument. It is possible to use this instrument in the most accurate way by improving gradually the physical movement capacity. The aim of this course is to instruct the student theoretically and practically different exercise disciplines and to practice them on the stage in order to maximize the student's performance.

Learning Outcomes
1The actors/actresses learn to use his body performatively and they learn to relationship between movement, body, performance and develop these skills.
2The actors/actresses learn about the most basic action plans of performance dramaturgy and analysis.
3The actors/actresses acquire and develop personally movement capacities and flexibility skills.
4Distinguishes internal and external action in acting.
5The actors/actresses gain the ability to turn basic movement exercises into performative action.
6The actors/actresses gain the collective movement and choreography skills on the stage.
7By discovering the abdominal region (core area) of the body, they gain discipline to move with this region during their performance.
8The actors/actresses realize personally the physical integrity on the stage and creates the action plan on the stage.

To define the tension created by the contradictions of internal and external action on the student and to provide the necessary physical flexibility and comfort, Two text or tirade given from lecturer to the student provide that the performance is transformed into a theatrical action on the stage.
Course Contents
The content of the course deals with the student's physical preparation before a performance. The course deals with how to use and require efficient condition and power to be gained to the student in the most accurate and efficient way on the stage through advanced movement exercises.
