Introduction - Introduction and Course Related General Description - History, Basic Concepts of Legislation, Health Law, Basic Concepts, health-related concepts within the scope of the Constitution, the basic law of Health Services, Patient and Health Care Worker rights-responsibilities, the scope of labor law, legal rights and responsibilities of health professionals, Health, Criminal Legal Professional and Administrative Responsibilities of the employee,Public Health Act, Patient and Health Care Worker Rights Criminal Legal Professional and Administrative Responsibilities of Employee Health , and the results and solutions malpractice, Medical Response and Compliance with Law - Law and legislation - Ethical Approach to Process Leading to medical malpractice, faulty Medical Practice and Criminal Justice Assessment in terms of responsibility and compensation, discipline and ethical responsibilities. |
