Objectives of the Course
Teaching basic rules and terms of Islamic Law Informing about historical process of Islamic Law, reasons of emergence of madhabs, judgement on being subject to madhabs and well-known Islamic madhabs. Have the goods on marrigement and divorcement procedures according to Islam and how to find a solution to prospective problems
