Course Contents |
Definition of training; objectives, planning, principles, types and super kompezation theory. Energy metabolism in sports, loading methods and the basic biomotor abilities. Definition of basic properties of speed, endurance and strength training. Examples of training types, coordinative abilities, altitude training, overtraining, basics of olympic and annual training planning. |
