Course Contents
1. The purpose and type of business, science and the development of business relationships with other sciences, basic concepts of business. 2. The organization and operation of businesses necessary legal proceedings; According to the legal forms of business organizations, the documents required in the setup process, refer to the respective organizations. 3. Economic studies; demand forecasting, capacity selection, site selection, business size. Technical studies; physical planning, machinery and equipment selection, determination of the total investment cost of the project estimated income and expenditure account. Financial investigations; funding sources and to use the analysis of the profitability of the investment. 4. The basic functions of the business; The concept of management, planning, organization, execution, control, monitoring, management, modern approaches; total quality management, restructuring, outsourcing, benchmarking, learning organizations, virtual organizations, the definition and scope of the production, properties, classification, inventory and quality control, cost-volume-profit analysis, production planning. The historical development of marketing, marketing research, strategic marketing, product design and development, pricing, distribution, promotional efforts, international marketing, service marketing concepts. 5. Operating the vehicle functions; accounting concepts, importance, types, uniform accounting system, the basic documents used in accounting, finance, importance, definitions and scope, the provision of funds, the use of funds, financial planning, financial analysis 6. Operation of support functions; Meaning of personnel management, the importance of location and business classification, recruitment, orientation training, in-service training, motivation, career planning. The meaning and importance of public relations, the tools and methods used in public relations, communication in public relations. R & D in the definition and importance for businesses, R & D activities.
