Objectives of the Course
It is aimed to inform mid-level manager candidates in the logistics sector about forecasting, planning and cost issues whether they are service or service provider.

Learning Outcomes
1 In the logistics sector, students are trained in order to train successful mid-level manager candidates at every stage of the process including purchasing, production, distribution and after-sales services whether they are on the service side or on the service side. from inventory control to transportation costs, warehouse location selection, etc., to provide efficient and effective logistics management. Customer satisfaction and minimization of costs are the success criteria of good logistics management. The right product is to train mid-level managers who will be able to contribute to successful logistics management at the right time, in the right amount, in the right place, in a flexibility that can respond quickly to changes, at high speed, with minimum stock and at lowest cost.
