Objectives of the Course
The overall aim of the course is to provide the vocational high school students join the physical education courses, sporting activities and organizations , seethe students from different faculties and vocational high schools, develop the conscious of being a student of Ordu University, provide a suitable place for evaluating the young’s energies in a positive way, contribute to develeop sport culture, enrich the students ‘ memories that they can move to their future lives, make a habit of sport culture that they can do their whole lives and make them familiar with different sport branches.

Course Contents
It is done theoretically and practically with groups of eight or ten students that join the physical education course. In the courses the basic technicals and skills of basketball, volleyball and football are taught to the students. Basic concepts about training information are taught and evaluated for the good level students by the vocational high school and university’s teams. The duration of the course is an hour per a week and is for one credit. Theoretically the aims of the course are teaching the basic game rules and basic technicals of volleyball, football and basketball. Practically in Basketball the aims of the course are teaching; holding the ball exercises, rust, shot, tourniquet, carrying the ball, screening, suitable exercises for the contests, training knowledge, what is training?, performance, aerobic and anaerobic energy, types of muscles, types of muscle contractions, speed, durability, and surantren subscription.
