In the courses the basic technicals and skills of basketball, volleyball and football are taught to the students. Basic concepts about training information are taught and evaluated for the good level students by the vocational high school and university’s teams. The duration of the course is an hour per a week and is for one credit. Theoretically the aims of the course are teaching the basic game rules and basic technicals of volleyball, football and basketball. Practically in Basketball the aims of the course are teaching; holding the ball exercises, rust, shot, tourniquet, carrying the ball, screening, suitable exercises for the contests, training knowledge, what is training?, performance, aerobic and anaerobic energy, types of muscles, types of muscle contractions, speed, durability, and surantren subscription. | Weekly Detailed Course Contents | |
