Objectives of the Course

Upon successful completion of this course, students will understand the basic issues related to management and organization and infrastructure information in order to identify high-level concepts; planning, management functions such as organization, classical, neo-classical and modern theories and approaches are intended to provide information on administrative processes such as leadership and motivation.

Course Contents

Management and leadership concepts, historical development of management concepts, classical, neo-classical, modern and post-modern management theory, organizational theory, organizational types, communication, cases concepts such as management techniques constitute the content of the course.

2	Decision-making, decision-making phases of decision types, characteristics of decisions based on hierarchical levels, rationality, culture, knowledge and relationships to examine the causes system instability. To understand the importance of decision making in improving the organizational efficiency, risk decision making, uncertainty concepts, characteristics of individual and group decision
3	Administration and planning. Planning stages, plan types, the importance of the Administrator.
4	Organization, the factors that determine the organizational structure, developments in the structure. Titles
5	Development of management theory, the classical theory (scientific management approaches, organizational principles, management processes, bureaucracy approach.)
