Objectives of the Course |
Teaching basic rules and terms of Islamic Law Informing about historical process of Islamic Law, reasons of emergence of madhabs, judgement on being subject to madhabs and well-known Islamic madhabs. Have the goods on marrigement and divorcement procedures according to Islam and how to find a solution to prospective problems |
