The program was opened on 22.04.2020 and started accepting students in the fall semester of the 2020-2021 Academic Year.

Specific Admission Requirements
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree, have received at least 55 points from ALES or an equivalent exam, and must have met the other conditions specified in the announcement. Being successful in the entrance exam.

Qualification Requirements and Regulations
At least 21 National Credits, 120 ECTS Credits, including at least seven courses, one seminar course, and thesis work.
Profile of The Programme
The aim of the program is to train expert individuals who have the knowledge, skills, attitudes and experience to do education, training and high-level research in the field of Classroom Education, who can think critically, have high self-confidence and have the competencies to follow the innovations in their field on a national and international scale.
Occupational Profiles of Graduates With Examples
Our graduates can work as classroom teachers in public or private educational institutions. They can also be employed as academic staff in relevant departments of universities.

Examination Regulations, Assessment and Grading
Students must attend classes and take exams. The student's attendance is monitored by the course instructor. All exams are evaluated out of 100 full points, and a midterm exam (or mid-semester study assignment) and a final exam (final) are held for each course. In courses where midterm and final exams are given, the success grade is calculated by taking 40% of the midterm exam grade and 60% of the final exam.
Graduation Requirements
Successfully completed at least 8 lectures and seminars, doctoral qualifying exam and thesis proposal defense, provided that it is not less than 24 national credits; Students who submit at least 3 successful thesis monitoring committee reports and pass the thesis defense exam are awarded a doctorate diploma.

Key Learning Outcomes
1-Iimprove, deepen the qulificatiouns and equipments and reached original implications that bring inovation by conducting original scientific research process, carrying out the tihinking process that incorporate higher order thiking skills. Discuss the classroom teaching field on the basis of established relationship with the other discpilne field, improve the approach and equipment that can consider this broad and complex context to descript and solve the problems related to classroom teaching field. Reach implications using higher order thinking skills comprise the ways that have scientific requirements, original, creative and sustainable to solve the new and complex problems related to classroom teaching field.
2Improve systematic and critical approach toward the scientific knowledge in the field of classroom teaching, can design and conduct the advenced reseaches for problem field that saw on the basis of approach. Improve an original and innovative scientific method or apply the known method in the different field; in this process can design and conduct an original research. Use higher order thinking skills on scientific knowledge obtained from national and international databases and publications, the problems related to field and thoughts on the scope of the field.
3Create an orginal scientific research in thie field of calssroom teaching by fulfilling the requirements of the scientific method Contribute to expand of the scientific knowledge by publishing the article in the classroom teaching field at the national and international journals. Manages original and interdisciplinary studies in his field. Conduct the studies individally or with the awarness of being a team member.
4Improve thoughts and methods by using the all kind of the dijital and published reseources and higher order thinking skills for the areas that need improvement and problems in the scope of the classroom teaching. Expand learning filed, ways and strategies that it includes learning process Conduct the learning process interactively at national and international level. Deepen the scientific knowledges about the nature, requirements of the learning process and the effective learning way.
5Critically analyse the norms guiding social lifes, make suggestiouns, start and manage the transformation process that need within the framework of the criticism and suggestiouns. Share and defend the opinion and open the criticism at the scientific meeting. Communicates in national and international study environments by considering differences in social, social and cultural context.
6Play a role in fulfilling the requirements of being an information society by sharing the academic, technological, social and cultural transformations experienced in the field of classroom teaching with the society. Establishes a functional interaction with relevant people and institutions by taking responsibility for the solution of current problems in the field of classroom teaching and participating in strategic decision-making processes. Produces solutions for the problem areas that fall into the social, scientific and ethical fields of the field of classroom teaching and takes a role in the development and dissemination of solutions at national and international level.
