·A. Required Documents in the course of Applying to Ordu University

• 1.Pre-application Form

·B. Documents to be Prepared in the course of Applying to Counter Institution

• 1.Application Form : This form will be filled if application form isn’t found on the site of University to go.
• 2.Accommodation Form : This documents has to be downloaded from the website of institution to go and filled.
• 3.Course Recognition Certificate: To be prepared in the form of three copies, and one copy kept at student, other copy kept at International Relations Office, and another copy kept at department coordinator.
• 4.Transcript
• 5.Student Certificate
• 6.Learning Agreement

·C. Documents to be Prepared after Acceptance Letter Arrived from Counter Institution

• 1.Petition for Fee-free Passport
• 2.Student Certificate
• 3.Text for Getting Passport (Turkish)
• 4.Text to Related Embassies for Getting Visa (English)

·D. Documents to be Prepared after Getting Visa

• 1.Student Information
• 2.Student Contract

·E. Documents to be Prepared after Returning from Abroad

• 1.Approved Certificate of Attendance from Counter University: It has to be demanded from counter institution definitely as wet signature before returning from abroad. Original version will stay absolutely at International Office.
• 2.Final Transcript: It is course grade list on which courses taken abroad also appear after course grade transformation occur and course grades are transferred to ODU system.
• 3. Photocopy of Passport Entry-Exit Page
• 4.Approved Transcript from Counter University: Course codes, names, and ECTS credits contained in this document have to be one to one identical to the courses on the grade transformation document, and to the final course counting document to be prepared at this stage, and to the Learning Agreement (LA) document to be prepared previously, and to the course recognition certificate.
