Registration Procedures

In Ordu University; every academic year begins on the date University Senate determines. One academic year consists of two terms including Fall and Spring. One term is 16 weeks (including final exams).

Students entitled to study in Ordu University, register between the dates declared each year by preparing required documents for registration. In Ordu University any transaction about registration is done in cooperation with Ordu University Student Affairs and Health, Culture and Sports Department.

he candidates entitled to study in Ordu University enter the information as complete on the preparation page they reached to enroll, by making password entry on the internet in accordance with the documents sent to their address. Preparing required documents for registration, students will carry into effect the registration by coming to Ordu University registry offices in person on the registration dates declared, in September, after paying the tuition contribution fee in the related bank account.

Students studying in the intermediate and final grades have to renew their registration at the beginning of each semester by choosing courses according to Education Regulations of Ordu University between the dates determined in academic calendar. After paying the tuition contribution fee in the related bank accounts of Ziraat Bank by saying their student numbers until the end of first five working days education started, students have to complete choosing courses and renewing registration procedures by logging in Student Information System (http://www.oidb.odu.edu.tr) with their password.
