The candidates are required to have graduated from high school. The programme admits students through YGS and a talent test. The requirements mentioned in Ordu University Faculty of Fine Arts Talent Test Regulations must be met. |
Specific Arrangements For Recognition Of Prior Learning (Formal, Non-Formal and Informal) |
The recognition and accreditation of students who come to our university through national or international programmes is done by the approval of Faculty Coordinate Committee. The course content and ECTS credit of prior courses are taken into consideration. The approval of the Faculty Coordinate Committee is also required for the accreditation of prior courses of students who transfer from other universities. |

Profile of The Programme |
The Painting Department keeps the interdiscipliner characteristic of today’s art in consideration and aims to cultivate contemporary, creative and independent individuals, who are able to make use of different disciplines in their artworks, possess universal ideas and values and contribute the nation’s and world’s culture through art. In order to realize this aim, the program paves the way for students to appercieve their own theoretical and practical issues and to produce concepts and works by interpreting these issues through their own individual approaches. |
Occupational Profiles of Graduates With Examples |
This program’s graduates can work as independent artists in cooperation with art galleries etc. and also with organisation companies where they may set out their design and application skills. They can work as art consultants and directors both in private and public sectors. They can provide consultancy services, organize and carry out culture and art projects within these institutions. |
