Specific Admission Requirements |
The student who wants to enroll in the Medical and Aromatic Plants Program has to complete the exams in order to complete the processes determined by the Student Selection and Placement Center within the academic and legal regulations of the university. Some of the students who come from the vocational high school can come with the quota without the examination. A student who is studying in the equivalent program at home or abroad may apply for a transfer. Acceptance of students is examined at the beginning of the semester, taking into consideration the conditions of each student and the degree to which he / she has applied. |

Qualification Requirements and Regulations |
The student graduates from the program by completing 120 ECTS / ECTS credits including internship. The duration of education is four semesters (including the period of internship). Students are required to complete an internship for 30 days in the first spring semester and 20 days in the second spring semester for a total of 50 days. |

The graduates of the program are those who import and export medicinal plants, laboratories that produce herbal medicines, the sectors where these plants are growing or gathering activities, business establishments which produce and sell medicinal plant drogues, transporters, beauty salons, pharmacists who sell and sell herbal medicines, aromatherapy herbarium and herbarium in the related departments of the universities, as well as related organizations in the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock, Ministry of Environment and Forestry, criminology and forensic laboratories related to narcotics and herbal trafficking, control of imported and exported herbal products in customs, they can be employed as auxiliary technical personnel in plant laboratories. Access to Further Studies |
Students who have successfully completed the program can transfer to DGS (Vertical Transfer Examination) and to the Chemistry Departments of Field Faculties, Horticulture and Plant Protection Departments and Faculty of Science of Agricultural Faculties. Vertical translators will be awarded "Agricultural Engineer" and "Chemist" after graduation. |
Examination Regulations, Assessment and Grading |
Students are given 1 midterm (1 midterm exam) and 1 final exam (final). There are 2 exams in one semester. Assessment of success is made by taking 40% of the visa grade and 60% of the final grade |
