| Ordu University, Ulubey Vocational School, 2547 numbered Higher Education Law numbered 2880 was opened in accordance with the law no:7/d-2. Banking and Insurance Program Ordu University Ulubey Vocational School was established in 2014 under the Department of Finance-Banking and Insurance.

| Examination Regulations, Assessment and Grading |
| Students have mid-term and final exams for all courses. Mid-term contribution is %40, final exam is %60. All the exam are graded out of 100. Students have to take 50 points from final exams. The grading system are expressed in quatrain system.

| In order to graduate from the program students must have at least 2.00 GPA out of 4.00 and 120 ECTS. In addition, students should successfully complete the summer internship. The duration of internship is at least 30-days
