Objectives of the Course
Course objective The overall objective of this course is to help students, as a case of bullying in the workplace (mobbing) definition, scope, causes, consequences, stress the importance of educational management organizations in relation with the conflict, other organizational factors and relationship strategies for coping with and intimidation required competencies for the area.
