The aim of this course is to teach and develop methods and techniques based on scientific evidence for specific physical activities to protect public health, to comprehend the requirements of effective and safe physical activity for all segments of the society and to create sensitive health professionals.

Improving the quality of life, creating a healthy emotional environment, recognizing many basic principles of physical activity increase, health related components of fitness, health screening and risk classifications, effective measurement of physical activity, evaluation principles, sedentary life and chronic diseases, physical evaluating and planning activity programs, preparing an exercise program, following and evaluating norms related to health and fitness

7 Organizing heart-breathing system exercise programs, methods and levels / types of aerobic training, individual exercise programs, reviewing materials
