The definition of career and the significance of career management, models of career development, career management systems and their evaluation, career management from the point of view of individual and organization, the roles assumed by employees, managers and HR specialists in career management, challenges in career management: ageing employees, dual career families, career plateau, skill obsolescence, establishment of work-family balance, boundaryless careers.
