Objectives of the Course
Learn mathematical modeling, mathematical modeling, the process of mathematical modeling, establish mathematical models for real world problems solutions, to learn to take advantage of technology in the process of mathematical modeling, to understand the location of mathematical modeling in high school mathematics curriculum and to learn the mathematical modeling approaches for using their future professional teaching life.

1 Model, matematiksel model, modelleme ve matematiksel modellemeyi tanımlayabilme ve ilişkilendirebilme, matematiksel modelleme sürecini tanıyabilme
2Farklı gerçek yaşam problemlerinin çözümlenmesine yönelik matematiksel modelleme yapabilme.
3 Matematiksel modellemeyi gerektiren gerçek yaşam problemleri oluşturabilme ve çözümleyebilme
4Matematiksel modellemeyi ve ortaöğretim matematik dersi öğretim programını ilişkilendirebilme, model oluşturma etkinliklerini tanımlayabilme, oluşturabilme ve çözümleyebilme
5Matematiksel modelleme sürecinde teknolojiden yararlanabilme.
6 To be able to define and relate r model, mathematical model modeling and mathematical modeling and to recognize mathematical modeling process. 2 To be able to make mathematical modeling for solving different real-life problems. 3 To be able to generate and analyze real-life problems that require mathematical modeling. 4 To be able to relate mathematical modeling with the secondary school mathematics curricula, to define, generate and analyze the model eliciting activities. 5 To be able to take advantage of the technology in mathematical modeling process
