Objectives of the Course
This course investigates the policy realm of science, technology and innovation in the world and in Turkey. The course starts with an historical overview of how these policies emerged. The next stage investigates several theories and concepts that are used to design and implement these policies, such as Neoclassical, evolutionary economics.
