Objectives of the Course

The aim of the course is to teach the students the activities of health enterprises with the understanding of modern management and management practices.

1	Students know, define and explain the basic concepts, types and functions of business and management.
2	Students will be able to understand, define, define and explain the characteristics of health services, their classification, functions and external environment.
3	Students will have information about the establishment of the health business, list the stages of establishment.
4	Student development of health services in Turkey, will have information about the organization, the Diagram organizational structures.
5	Students define hospital, explain its features, functions and classifications.
6	Turkey's health status and indicators knows, comments and debate.
7	Have an idea about marketing, finance, human resources management, strategic management and building management.
