Objectives of the Course
Type clear fruit juice production, components and clarification turbidity technology, clarification before and after informing the students about how to do the checks.
Name of Lecturer(s)
Learning Outcomes
1Students of this course learn the biochemical properties of turbidity forming compounds (pectin, protein, cellulose, starch, phenolic compounds, etc.)
2Understand the sediment separation and filtration stages,, blurriness, clarifying the transition to clarity, the precipitation with excipients.
3Learn new applications, such as total liquefaction, hot clarification, separation by filtration, PVP filtration circuitm and ultrafiltration,
4learn control tests for clarification, dosage experiments, proving tests, later causes sediment formation.
