The student is to learn the composition, harvest, tea processing steps, withering, curling, oxidation, drying, classification, preservation, biochemical changes in production and the production technologies of various sugary products in various stages of sugar production technology.

Methods, machinery and equipment used in various stages of sugar production technology, production technologies of various sugar products. Sugar quality criteria, raw materials used in the production of sugary products. Quality criteria of sugary products.
