Objectives of the Course
• to teach the establishment of the chain of natural within the triangle of producers and consumers in field crops production • to give students information about the stages of the certification of organic agricultural products. • to provide the basic knowledge about Introduction to organic and sustainable agriculture, ıts practices, environmentally-friendly farming techniques. • to introduce the students with the products of organic and sustainable agriculture

Learning Outcomes
1To have the knowledge acquisition about the rules of organic agriculture, synthesizing informations acquired in production projects, adapting to different species taking into account, the rules of organic farming
2Effectively be able to understand the importance of agricultural production, comparing the criteria that belong to organic agriculture and conventional agriculture, the preparation of new projects for the production of some species that take part in organic agriculture
3Able to explain in recommending organic agricultural production; material supply, production process and the problems which will be encountered in this process and giving information about the solution of problems
