The aim of this course, is to teach to students learning the preparation of different materials for the analysis, learning and applying the different techniques in laboratory work, calculating the results of the analysis, interpreting it and writing report

Course Contents
Introduction to the sources (books and journals) on laboratory techniques and contents of the lecture, the basic principles of laboratory work, first aid, method selection, error sources and minimizing them in the analyses.

3The accidents can be faced and first aid should be applied when needed in laboratory
4The properties and usage of the main equipment, glassware and chemicals.
5The design of the laboratory and the subjects should be followed in layout planning.
6The steps of analysis :Method selection, sampling, pretreatments, and preparation of the sample for quantification
7The sources of the errors and interferences and their minimization and elimination

9The pretreatment processes (dissolution, precipitation, color removing, centrifugation) before quantification
