Plant cell structure, the role of enzymes in plant metabolism, plant-water relations, diffusion, osmosis, transpiration, gutation and exudation, transport of water and plant nutrients, photosynthesis, CO2 assimilation in C3, C4 and CAM plants, factors affecting photosynthesis, factors affecting respiration, nitrogen assimilation
