Alternative communicative approaches for hearing impaired children who have suffered from seconder handicaps or some other factors which effects the fluency of speaking, deciding proper methods for hearing impared children in order to solve slow speaking and linguistic problems, important points for the family which are need to be cared while taking these important decisions by speacilists and educators, gesdtures, signs, mimics and electronic tools for alternative communication
