This course aims at maintenance and professional lives of students with disabilities will be able to guide rehabilitation technician for families with disabilities; to provide information on rights and laws, counseling to families with disability to gain detailed information about the behavior, such as not.

Course Contents
it aims to train parents the techniques and the methods that help them to understand how the handicaped pupils hinder the others who directly attend education process. It also aims to inform them about their legal responsibilities and obligations. So, it is ensured that the parents actively attend the individual's special education process.
