The concept of emotion, physiology of emotions,positive and negative emotions, the importance of tapping feelings outward and express it.Emotional control,anger, anxiety unhappiness concepts.Rational emotive behavior therapy,to understand the forms of irrational thoughts and ways of coping with them,developing feelings with to express the skills body language,developing skills of to express emotions through body language.Crisis, crisis stage, crisis management.Conflict, problem solving,time management techniques,developing confidence,emotional intelligence.
