The aim of this course is to give the students educated informations about the rules concerning obligational relations, and capacity to apply abstract legal rules to actual cases.

This course contents these concepts: Subject and sources of law of obligations,basic concepts,sources of obligation, obligations derived from legal transactions,construction and validity of contracts,validity of contracts,representation of the contracting parties, interpretation of contracts,obligations derived from torts,obligations derived from unjust enrichment,performance,violation of an obligation,transfer of debt and credit,termination of debts.
