Course Contents
In this course, human resource planning, definition, importance, purpose, scope and overall content, human resource planning, the factors that affect human resources planning: analysis methods, conceptual models and the used numerical methods, human resource requirement planning, human resource needs in planning the detailed models, business analysis of freight and labor, space planning methods (job analysis, space planning method), business analysis and business process definition and implementation of human resource planning and evaluation of the results are analyzed
