Dersin İçeriği
The causes of environmental pollution and types of environmental pollution, air, water, soil, radioactive and microbiological pollution will be covered in the course. The relationship between environmental pollution and food industry residues, the relationship between food contaminated environmental pollutants, toxic elements, persistent organic pollutants and contaminants and health, risk assessment and risk management in environmental pollutants will be specified. Contamination sources and precautions to be taken in these sources will be explained. Information on national / international legislation and risk assessment will be provided.
