Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to develop the ability of mathematics literacy through mathematics teaching. In addition, using mathematical thinking and mathematical decision-making processes of pre-service teachers to explain the role played by mathematics in daily life.

The concept of mathematical literacy, the dimensions of mathematical literacy, mathematical literacy evaluation exams at international level, question structures in these exams and measurement-evaluation approach, the qualifications of individuals with mathematical literacy.
