Being aware of the possibilites of meaning of Qur’an that provides understanding the meanings of Qur’an, learn how to search a subject in Qur’an

Learning Outcomes

1	The ss will be able to understand/ comprehend the differences between Tafseer, translation, and meaning of Qur’an and (they will be able to) evaluate uniqueness of the Qur’an and it’s meanings.
2	The ss will be able to know the problems that can be seen in meanings of Qur’an and the main reasons of these problems.
3	The ss will be able to learn how to find the relevant verse from the Qur’an and get the ability to make a research about them.
4	The ss will be able to evaluate the Turkish meanings of certain surahs and verses in the context of meals.

5	Comparing the cognate verses of Qur’an in the meanings of Qur’an and in its translation
6	The translations of idioms and phrases in the meanings of Qur’an
7	Polysemy and its effect in the meanings of Qur’an
8	Mid-term exam
9	Evaluation of some meanings of Qur’an in terms of the language used
10	Comparative meal surveys, the example of Surahs of Fatiha
11	Comparative meal surveys, the shorted surahs.
12	Comparative meal surveys, the shorted surahs.
13	Definition of tafseer with subject, history.
