Objectives of the Course
The aim of the course is to provide nursing care for women and families in the theory and practice of preventive nursing approach in terms of student health, fertility, pregnancy formation, prenatal, postnatal and postnatal periods.

Learning Outcomes
1When maternal-fetal-newborn health deviate from normal conditions, early diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation to interpret in terms of basicin formation about nursing at prenatal, nataland postnatal periods
2Be able to prevention of pregnancy complications, planning of necessary initiatives for early diagnosis and treatment and be able to cooperate with the prenatal care team in practice
3Be able to meet the need sregarding to maternal health education in the early postpartum period
4The solution of health problem swhich deviates from normal health in the perinatal period to be able to formulated nursing care and synthesize the information which gained before
5To be able to main tenance planning, training, consulting devoted to improve the health of mother and newborn at birth, pregnancy and postpartum period
