Objectives of the Course
The aim of this lecture is to teach definition, structure and function of enzymes, factors that effects enzymatic reaction, study of single and multisubstrate enzymatic reactions, allosteric enzymes, enzyme inhibition, discussion of enzymes in normal and pathological conditions.

In this course, students learn the structure and function of enzyme ; sthe kinetic mechanism and kinetic behavioral models of an enzymatic reaction, calculates the kinetic constants of an enzyme catalyzed reaction
